Working in Government Outsource, Telco & Financial Services business sectors his main areas of specialism have been in large programmes covering frontline customer services, back office administration, Infrastructure Transformations,  Mobile & Fixed service implementations (hardware and software) and product development.

Ian Hall

Ian is an experienced management consultant and operational strategist with over 24 years experience. He has extensive change management experience focused on operational transformation across a wide range of industry sectors, particularly Insurance and Mobile/Fixed Telecoms and including Financial Services and Retail.
Ian has a track record of determining business issues and objectives, and creating, managing and delivering complex cross-functional and multi-national projects to deliver operational change within tight deadlines. This includes defining, designing and delivering strategic and operationally focused business transformation, target operating model design, operational strategy definition, large scale business process change and Lean business process re-engineering.

Geoff Pointon

Geoff provides leadership and direction for our technology strategy and delivery activities. His approach partners our customer’s business and IT teams, to ensure solutions are optimised and underpinned by supporting process to maximise the benefit of any investment. Over his career, he has worked with vendors and customers on early technology adoption, he has been the delivery lead of many highly complex and global scale change and deployment programmes.

Paul Saffer

Paul is a focused, entrepreneurial, results oriented individual able to combine strategic thinking with the proven ability to consistently deliver successful business outcomes. Originally from a technical background, Paul has held director level positions in a number of the leading software houses in the London insurance market and was responsible for the development of some of the Market’s leading processing systems.

Paul subsequently moved over to the end user community, predominantly in insurance, and has led a number of strategic transformation projects, driven the development of several organisations’ IT Strategy and served as CIO on an interim basis.
