Summary
Development of a flexible, adaptable and agile-capable Project Management and Project delivery methodology, designed to support the end to end cycle of corporate projects from Portfolio Management to Transition.
Challenge
Increasing demands from the business and greater competition for capital meant that the maturing organisation needed more structure and governance around it’s portfolio management and project control.
Approach
Stratiformis developed an appropriate, flexible, gate driven, Prince-like Project Management and Project delivery methodology in close consultation with each of the teams involved in project delivery. This included the development of templates and process detail to support the methodology with particular focus on Benefits management and realisation.
Outcome
The client was able to transition to the new methodology with ease through the familiarity of the methodology and with the support of the worked examples and templates.
