Design and delivery of a Lean Business Process review to examine operational processes. Focussed on identifying quick win opportunities for improvement and best practice and to inform the strategy for greater automation and strategic platform replacement.

A highly manual processing environment and limited external understanding of system limitations.

Approach

Stratiformis designed a Lean business unit review to  identify the most pressing areas of change. Supported by client team members, the review was structured around a series of 14 workshops to establish best practice in operational processes and tools and determine the need for strategic replacement of key technologies.

Outcome

The review identified readily implementable changes in working practices and the sharing of tools and techniques to streamline activity, reduce errors and focus resource on more interpretive, value added activity.
